  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp cornstarch (helps achieve that perfect crispiness)

  • For The Bowl
  • 250g cooked rice (jasmine, brown, or sushi rice work well)

  • 1 stir-fry pack of your choice (or mix your own with broccoli, peppers, carrots, and sugar snap peas)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • For the Honey Miso Dressing:
  • 1½ tbsp white miso paste

  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan version)

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp warm water (to thin)
