Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (15 ml) (about 1/2 lime)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Directions

  • Prepare the avocados:
    Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Use a fork to gently mash the avocado to your desired consistency, whether you like it chunky or smooth.
  • Add lime and salt:
    Stir in the lime juice and salt, adjusting both to taste. The lime juice should provide a bright, tangy contrast to the rich avocado, while the salt enhances the natural flavours.
  • Serve immediately:
