Tomato Sauce (1/2 cup or 120 ml)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups or 200 grams, divided)
Olive Oil (1 tablespoon or 15 ml, divided)
Dried Oregano, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper (to taste)
Feel free to add any toppings that you fancy just remember to add them on to the calories.

Directions
- Preheat Your Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to the maximum temperature that you can set your oven to.
- Prepare the Tortilla Bases: Place the whole wheat tortilla wraps on a baking sheet.
- Mix the Tomato sauce: add your seasonings to the chopped tomatoes I normally just mix it in the tin to save dishes. If not using high quality tomatoes that are naturally sweet then a small amount of sugar will help curb the tartness.
- Add Cheese and Toppings Sprinkle 1/2 cup (50 grams) of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each tortilla. .
- Drizzle Olive Oil: Lightly drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the top of each pizza to enhance flavour and crispness.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortilla are crispy keep an eye on this as it can burn quickly once it’s ready.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, cut into slices and serve hot.
